The Manner Soho by Hyatt
Ground-up construction of a 99-key boutique hotel including signature ground-floor F&B (Sloane's bar, The Otter restaurant), a guests-only amenity floor (The Apartment), a rooftop Penthouse, and full back-of-house support. Specialty scopes included custom porcelain tile facade, a navy steel porthole canopy, gold-leaf ceiling treatments, travertine stair systems, marquetry wood flooring, and a sculptural cobblestone art installation.

$35.1M brand conversion of the former Parker Hotel into a 587-key Thompson Central Park, occupying the lower floors of 119 W 56th Street on Central Park South. Scope: full renovation of all 587 keys plus the guestroom-floor corridors and elevator landings, with brand-standard finishes and FF&E to Thompson Hotels / Hyatt requirements. Lobby, F&B, and ballroom were not in our scope.

Multi-floor luxury jewelry and watch retail build-out. Main jewelry hall, watch hall with brand-specific boutiques (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, TAG Heuer, Breitling), private salons, service bar, VIP lounges. Custom millwork, stone, specialty lighting, and brand-standard fixtures throughout a historic building.
